- 8 oz zucchini
- Use a Veggetti, Spiralizer, or potato peeler to peel your zucchini into "noodles"
- Add a little bit of water to skillet on med-high heat
- Add any desired spices
- Cook, stirring, 3-5 minutes until zoodles are tender
