  • 3.5 oz ground veal
  • 8 oz diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz swiss chard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • pink salt and pepper, to taste


  • Dice swiss chard into large bite size pieces then soak in sink in cold water with 1 tsp pink salt
  • Preheat oven to boil
  • Mix together veal, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper
  • Form mixture into patty form
  • Broil burger on middle rack for about 5-10 minutes on each side
  • Add 1/4 cup water to skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add diced tomato and onion powder
  • After tomato is warm, add swiss chard and toss till wilted/cooked
  • Transfer to bowl and top with veal burger
