  • 6 oz tilapia
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • pink salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • cilantro (optional)


  • Cook fish in skillet with water, lemon juice, and cilantro, if desired
  • Meanwhile, wash mushrooms and dry with a paper towel
  • Shred tilapia and mushrooms in food processor
  • Add pink salt and pepper to taste
  • Strain to get rid of excess water
  • Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake about 30 min or until firm
