Ingredients
- 3.5 oz steak larger steak may be depending on Phase
- 1 large diced tomato, chopped into bite sized pieces or 3/4Â cup canned diced tomatoes (again, more may be used depending on Phase)
- water
- 1 clove minced garlic
- onion powder, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Heat crockpot to High
- Cut steak into bite sized pieces and add to crockpot
- Add tomato and garlic
- Pour water until 1" above steak
- Stir in spices
- Place lid on crockpot and cook about 4 hours
