Ingredients
- 5 oz spinach
- 1 bunch of basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 juice of freshly squeezed lemon
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper into a small bowl
- Mix until well combined, then set aside
- Place spinach, basil, and garlic into a blender or food processor
- Pulse a few times
- Slowly add the liquid mixture in a constant stream while the food processor or blender is on
- Stop and scrape the edges of the container to get all pesto mixture towards the bottom
- Pulse a few more time until you reached a paste-like texture
