  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao / cocoa powder
  • 1 - 3 tsp unsweetened almond milk
  • pink salt, to taste
  • Stevia, to taste


  • Place liners into 3 mini muffin tins
  • Combine coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, a couple shakes of pink salt, and stevia
  • Pour just enough of mixture into each muffin tin so bottom is covered
  • Place muffin tray into freezer
  • Combine remaining 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder and stevia, to taste in small dish
  • Stir in enough almond milk that mixture thickens into a paste-like, creamy chocolate
  • Remove muffin tray from freezer
  • Spoon a small dollop on chocolate paste into each muffin tin
  • Pour remaining melted chocolate mixture into each muffin tin so paste is completely covered
  • Return tray to freezer until outside chocolate has hardened
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to eat
