  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp regular yellow mustard
  • 1 dropperful of Stevia
  • pink salt and pepper, to taste


  • Heat vinegar in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add mushrooms and cook until tender
  • Add in Stevia and mustard and continue cooking, add water if needed
  • Remove from heat and season with pink salt and pepper
