  • 3 oz cooked chicken breast
  • 8 oz celery
  • 2 tbsp Simple Girl Sweet Mustard Dressing
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 8-16 drops Stevia


  • Fill large saucepan 1/2 full and bring to a boil
  • Slice celery into long, thin strips
  • Add celery to boiling water, cover, and boil 15-20 minutes, until soft and noodle-like
  • Drain and transfer celery to bowl/plate
  • Stir dressing into noodles
  • Cut chicken into strips or bites
  • Combine mustards, Stevia and garlic power in small bowl
  • Add chicken and stir until well coated
  • Place chicken on top of celery noodles
