  • 5 oz cod
  • 1/2 tbsp Homemade Old Bay Seasoning or Old Bay
  • water
  • pink salt, to taste
  • Green Pepper Curry


  • Prepare Green Pepper Curry then transfer pepper slices to plate
  • Rub both sides of cod filet with Old Bay
  • Place in skillet with sauce (add more water, if needed) and cook until fish is flaky
  • Place fish on top of green peppers
