  • 1/4 cup water
  • 5 oz white tuna
  • 8 oz mushrooms, chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp Bragg's liquid Aminos
  • 2 tsp ginger


  • Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add mushrooms and tuna to skillet
  • Cover the lid and allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are soft
  • Drain excess fluid
  • Stir in liquid Aminos and ginger, heat for another minute
