Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp egg whites
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tsp Stevia
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Combine the banana, avocado, and stevia in a food processor
- Add in the egg whites, baking soda, and cocoa powder, and continue mixing until everything is well blended
- Drop 10 spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (The dough will be very soft.)
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are warm and firm
