  • 5 oz Mahi Mahi
  • 8 oz iceberg lettuce
  • 1 orange
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Coconut Aminos to taste


  • Cover Mahi Mahi with Old Bay seasoning and liquid Aminos in container to let it marinate overnight
  • Steam fish until cooked through
  • Meanwhile, peel & section orange and cut into chunks
  • Cut up lettuce
  • Put orange chunks on lettuce
  • Flake fish into pieces on top of lettuce and orange
  • Add coconut Aminos to taste
