  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 dropperful Stevia


  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat
  • Cut bottom off of grapefruit half (about 1/2")
  • Peel remaining grapefruit and cut into sections
  • Brown all sides of individual grapefruit sections, transferring to plate once browned
  • Squeeze juice from bottom of grapefruit into skillet with water, stevia, and cinnamon
  • Simmer liquid, stirring as needed, until sauce consistency is reached
  • Spoon sauce over caramelized grapefruit sections
  • Serve warm or chilled
