  • 1 oz raisins
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbps unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Stevia, to taste


  • Melt coconut oil in small bowl
  • Stir in cocoa powder and Stevia
  • Add raisins to bowl and stir until covered
  • Remove each raisin from bowl and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet in freezer
  • Once "chocolate" has solidified, remove from freezer and repeat dipping/freezing raisins
  • Repeat until all chocolate is used and raisins are covered
