  • 3 oz cooked chicken breast
  • 8 oz sliced cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • stevia, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • water
  • paprika
  • garlic powder


  • Slice cucumber into 1 inch pieces
  • Scoop out seeds with melon ball tool
  • Combine cucumber insides, chicken, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and Stevia in food processor or Magic Bullet
  • Process until well combined and creamy, adding water as needed
  • Spoon mixture into cucumber cups
  • Top with paprika and garlic powder
