Ingredients
- 1 cup Swanson chicken stock
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp rosemary
- 1/8 tsp sage
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- pinch of nutmeg
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small frying pan combine stock, onion, garlic and spices
- Bring to a boil and reduce down until slightly thickened, deglazing with a little water periodically
- Pour over chicken or turkey breast and enjoy (will be thin but flavorful)
