- 3.5 oz chicken breast cut into strips
- 8 oz asparagus cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 tsp ginger fresh, grated
- cayenne pepper dash, to taste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 c water
- pink salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Steam asparagus until tender, but still crisp.
Heat water in a skillet and add chicken strips, stirring, until cooked almost all the way through.
Add the grated ginger, garlic, and cayenne.
When the liquid is reduced by half, add in the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
