Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large portobello mushroom caps
- 1 clove garlic minced
- pinch black pepper
- red pepper flakes to taste
- pink salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add minced garlic, black pepper, & red pepper flakes (if desired) to cottage cheese and mix thoroughly
- Scoop into caps of portobello mushrooms
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with pink salt
