  • 6 oz cooked shrimp
  • 8 oz bell peppers 2 small, cut into 4-6 slices
  • 4 oz chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp McCormick Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • pink salt, to taste


  • Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add 4 oz chopped peppers and cook until softened
  • Stir in onion powder and Cajun seasoning and cook until water is reduced
  • Cut shrimp into bite sized pieces and stir into cooked peppers
  • Arrange pepper slices on plate and scoop shrimp mixture into each slice
  • Sprinkle with pink salt
