Ingredients

  • 8 oz ground bison
  • 1 small zucchini grated
  • 1/4 cup onion shredded
  • 1/4 cup feta crumbles
  • 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Wring liquid from grated zucchini and onion in a dish towel
  • Use hands to mix zucchini, onion, mustard, and feta into bison
  • Form into 2 patties
  • Place burgers on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes
  • Flip burgers over and bake another 10 minutes
