  • 1/2 cup flax meal
  • 1 ripe banana


  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  • Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper
  • Combine banana and flax meal in food processor (or mash very well with masher, fork, whisk)
  • Drop 1 tablespoon mounds onto baking sheet and flatten with fingers or spoon
  • Bake 20 minutes or until edges are brown
