- 12 oz chopped pears D'Anjou
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar Simple Girl balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pink salt
Toss pears with vinegar
Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
Divide into two ramekins, including the vinegar in the bottom of the bowl
Cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 2 minutes
Enjoy! The vinegar at the bottom with the cinnamon is great, too – give it a try!
** You could probably prepare this in a fry pan for a true "glaze."
