  • 1 apple sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 12 drops SweetLeaf English Toffee Stevia
  • pink salt, to taste


  • Heat coconut oil in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add apples and 1/4 cup water to skillet, cover, and cook (stirring occasionally) until soft
  • Stir in Stevia, almond butter, and remaining water
  • Continue cooking until liquid reduced and becomes thicker
  • Transfer to plate or bowl and top with pink salt
