Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 apple diced
  • stevia to taste

Instructions

  • Stir together yogurt, chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, and almond butter
  • Place in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours)
  • Microwave diced apples for 2-3 minutes with a dash of cinnamon (can also steam in skillet in a small amount of water)
  • Stir apples into chia pudding
