- 8 ounces tofu firm
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp pepper
Chop the tofu and use a fork to crumble it into bite sized pieces.
Heat some oil in a pan and add the tofu and all the remaining ingredients.
Stir and cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
