- 16 ounces pasta
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
Cook pasta according to directions
Add coconut milk, pumpkin, garlic powder into a pan and simmer for 10 minutes until warm and thick.
Toss the pasta with sauce and serve.
